Refund Policy
Gift certificates and services are non-refundable.
Expiry
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Transferability
Gift certificates are not transferable.
They may only be used by the recipient listed at the time of purchase.
Travel Fees
Travel fees for in-person services outside the GTA are quoted upon request.
How It Works
Once your payment is processed, the purchaser receives the digital gift certificate via email.
You can add special instructions in the comment box at checkout or email kara@karabrownlee.com
for custom requests.
When the recipient is ready, they contact Kara to book their session.
